  • Remember to bring in food or a special treat for the Joan Bauer celebration tomorrow!

  • Work on your character sketch revision. Final copy due tomorrow!
  • Look at your handouts and class notes to help guide you.

  • Write a rough draft of your character sketch, and bring to class tomorrow.
  • Final copies will be due on Wednesday!
  • If you do not get all of your interview questions finished, work with what you have and what you already know about your partner. If you want/need to find out more then what you already have, it is your responsibility to find time to meet/talk with your partner out of class.
  • Begin thinking about the Joan Bauer "food party." What might you want to bring in from your book?

  • Start thinking about your "Picture This" project. Due date-Friday, 4/8.
  • Bring the Blue Team book you selected to class tomorrow, even if you have finished reading it. If you did finish it, be sure to have another reading book for reader's workshop tomorrow.



Monday 3/28

All classes:
  • Begin studying for your vocabulary test. The test will be on Wednesday 3/30
  • Make sure you know the dictionary definition of each word.
  • If you are still missing words, please add them to your master vocab list!
**Reminder-your Joan Bauer book should be finished by tomorrow!

All classes:
  • Finish your dailies, which are due on MONDAY
  • Finish reading your Joan Bauer book by TUESDAY
  • Make sure that you have 6 vocabulary words for the vocab test on Wednesday. Go back and check your dailies. If there are words missing, add them!
  • Check out the three Blue Team books you listed on Friday. You must commit to one of them by Monday 3/28. You will indicate on your list of three, which one you chose, by placing an (*) near it.
  • You must bring your book selection to class next Wednesday for Reader's Workshop.
